The VL1/B2 24v Vehicle Hearing Loop Kit is specifically designed to help hearing aid users communicate more effectively in cars, taxis, buses and other motor vehicles.

  • Ideal for cars, taxis, buses and other private/commercial vehicles
  • Amplifier operates at 24V d.c. (12V vehicle kit also available, order code VL1/B1)
  • Loop can be positioned in the vehicle’s roof lining, under a seat, across the back of a seat or in a door panel to suit the application
  • Metal compensation control helps combat the frequency response problems caused by metal ‘absorbing’ the magnetic field

Description

The VL1/B2 24v Vehicle Hearing Loop Kit is specifically designed to help hearing aid users communicate more effectively in cars, taxis, buses and other motor vehicles.

It offers a loop listening field of 1.2m2 with the preformed loop cable typically positioned in a vehicle’s roof lining or under a seat.  The tie clip microphone is then located wherever audio pick up is required.

The VL1/B2 is designed to connect to fused +24V, typically at the vehicle’s fuse box, via the DC converter supplied.  Please see the “Quick Start Guide” in our documentation section for further information.
