Description

The Tourtalk TT 40 Tour Guide Hearing Loop System is designed to meet the needs of a small tour group, catering for up to two people who are hard of hearing.

The System includes:

The TT-40 is a simple and reliable system that will send the voice of the tour guide directly to the ears of those who are hard of hearing.

The tour guide wears the transmitter, which comes with a lapel microphone as standard, while those who are hard of hearing would wear the receiver with neckloop attached.  You can also plug in a set of headphones in place of the neckloop, for those who are hard of hearing but don’t wear hearing aids. The transmitter will send the audio over to the receivers via radio frequency.  The audio is then sent around the neckloop creating an electromagnetic field which is picked up by the t-coil in the persons hearing aid and converted back into speech sound. Anyone wearing hearing aids with the T-Setting can access the hearing loop.

Both the transmitter and receiver have a typical battery life of up to 10 hours and are supplied with rechargeable batteries.  The Desktop charger can charge 2 devices (receiver and transmitter) simultaneously.

Additional receivers can be purchased at any time to increase the system capacity.
